3. Order processing started: [Habitium] Processing
4. Processing completed to proceed with shipment of the order: [Habitium] Shipping in progress
5. Order delivered to the customer: [Habitium] Delivered

In addition to these emails, which are sent to customers for orders processed in the usual way, customers also receive an informational SMS when the materials are about to be dispatched. Depending on the order, customers may receive more emails with additional information and updates that occur during the order, corrected invoices, confirmation notices for an order that has been canceled or voided, confirmation of a completed refund, a created shopping voucher, among others.
