Unavailable product

When one of our products is Unavailable, it may be due to various reasons:

- One of them is that the manufacturer has suffered an inventory loss caused by stock damage, and has run out of units. Most of the time, this happens when the units sold surpass the manufacturing capacity, to a point that full demand can’t be fulfilled. 

- Another possibility is that the manufacturer may have had an issue during the product’s manufacturing due to machinery issues, running out of manufacturing supplies, etc. And, until the problem is fixed, production will remain halted.

Whichever the case may be, we give our customers the possibility to contact us asking for the following information:

• Knowing more details about that product’s current state.
• Finding a similar alternative to the unavailable product.
• Being notified once the product is back in stock.
