Products with manufacturing defects / Warranty

All the products have a manufacturer's warranty. If something related to a manufacturing defect happened to the product during its warranty period, it will be examined by the manufacturer, who will send a replacement or refund depending on each case. To make a warranty claim, please contact us explaining the issue with your product. We will forward all the information to the manufacturer's technical service in order to find a solution as soon as possible.
