Order confirmation

Once an order is placed, we send a confirmation email with the subject line [Habitium] Order confirmation. It includes the order number, the product(s), the amount paid, the delivery address, and the billing address.

We recommend checking this email to make sure the information is correct. 

Once the order is being processed, we send another email, with the subject line [Habitium] Order being processed, that includes other information such as how to track the shipping status, when the client will receive an invoice, and the steps to follow once they have received the order.
