Are all products in stock?

The availability of the products offered on our website is based on the latest update that each manufacturer's warehouse gives to us regarding the estimated stock status. Stock damage, high demand, or unexpected production issues can affect the number of available units before it's reflected on our website.

We will do everything in our hands to keep the most accurate stock update possible and deliver each client's order within the estimated delivery date but, due to possible issues such as IT problems or human error, sometimes it's impossible for us to ship certain products if the warehouse has suddenly run out of stock.

If the purchased product is no longer in stock, we will notify you by email. The client will have the option of cancelling the order (or only the unavailable product inside the order) and receiving a refund.
