Error while paying by card
Payment by card is carried out on a secure platform, a virtual POS with authentication, which allows your bank to verify its authenticity and protect your information. We only accept VISA or Mastercard debit/credit cards.
If there is an error when paying by card, it could be because:
- There is a limit on the card. To solve this, you must contact your bank and ask to increase the limit amount.
- The card is not activated for online payments. If so, you must contact your bank to activate the card for online purchases.
- You are trying to pay with a card that is not a VISA or Mastercard.
If you are in a hurry and need to place your order as soon as possible, we recommend looking for a different payment method.
