Returning a product
After receiving your order, if you are not satisfied with the product or no longer want it, you have 14 calendar days to notify us. If you have purchased custom-made, personalized, special, or exclusive products, they cannot be returned unless it is due to a manufacturing defect.
To return a product, please send an e-mail to
contact-ie@habitium.com, indicating your order number, and specifying which product/s you want to return. Our customer support team will get back to you as soon as possible to inform you on how to proceed.
There are no additional charges when returning a product, but the cost of the return shipping fees will be absorbed by the client.
