Order arrives damaged
If, unfortunately, your order has arrived damaged, you must contact our support team within the first 24h after it's been delivered. Otherwise, the insurance will not accept any claim arguing that it cannot be proven whether the damage happened during transport or while the client already had it in his/her possession.
To report any damage, please contact us via email and include the order number, an explanation of the damage, and photos of the product and packaging (including the delivery sticker). As soon as we receive this information, we will start processing the collection and replacement of the damaged product at no extra cost to the customer.
