Delayed delivery

We know that most clients like to know exactly when their order is going to arrive, and sometimes a small delay can mess up any plans that have already been made. This is why we keep the client informed of any updates that we receive from the manufacturer or transport agency regarding delivery delays so that they can choose whether they want to carry on with the order, cancel it, or ask for any other alternative.
