Order status
Our support team's priority is to keep customers updated throughout the whole process. That's why, between the order confirmation and the delivery, our clients will receive several e-mails and/or SMS with the order status updates:
- Registration completed successfully.
- Order confirmed.
- Order processing.
- Order dispatched.
- Order invoice.
- Order delivered.
As soon as the order is dispatched, we email the tracking information to our clients, plus an informative text message with the proper steps to follow once they receive their orders.
